Do you have any lakes in honalulu w/ cichla? Ive seen some nice fish come out of your hawaiian lakes.

What makes him a hybrid? Looks pretty mono-ish to me. But as everyone knows....my id'ing skills are poop!

well in my opinion, monos dont have bars that come down that far. the bars would be very short and not go past the lateral line. and ocell on the other hand have 3 very faint bars that go from top to bottom most of the time.

thats why im thinking hybrid. but who knows, i could be wrong. but heres what i mean:
