6" ornate bichir aggressive towards 7" Delhzi bichir

The ornate just bullies the other one biting its tail etc nothing detrimental but anything I can do?

They have several hiding areas etc but I think the issue is I have a 210 gallon tank with four fish.

11" silver arowana
20" fire eel(just got)

6" ornate bichir
7" Delhzi bichir


I plan on getting more fish of course but I didn't want to overload the tank since it's a fairly new one

FX6 filter and a SunSun 304A filter


I've been reading that I should get more bichirs....is that the recommendation? I have anubias plants and duckweed/salvina so I don't want to get fish that eat plants.

Years ago had 3 ornate bichir in a 180gal and one was very territorial. Would nip at any fish except a purple wolfish. Hopefully things will get better between the Delhezi and Ornate.

I'll slowly add more fish but wow this ornate is going up to the 20" fire eel saying "who the f* are you?". Fire eel isn't budging
