I wouldn't recommend it per-say....but then again I did the same thing but with an 8"+ Endli and the EBJD turned out fine and grew to a solid 6 inches before passing.

Pretty sure an Endli is bigger than a sen no matter what.

You'll be fine, Senegal usually aren't killers like other bichirs even with small cichlids, I've never seen mine even attempt to eat the babies convicts and jewels in its tank
