6 x 7"+ Indo Dats with 1.5" NTT

I am amazed that they didnt even eat those small NTT. My 6 x 7" plus Indo has been eatting pellet since they were 2". They dont even see small fish as food.

i added 2 x 2in NTT and bunch of small fh to the tank. They have been together almost 4 month and yet they still living happy together.

I will do some video and post so everyone can see.

P.S. it seem that this onlly work with dats. I tried with cichla, no good

Tigers will not eat other tigers (on purpose)...No matter the size difference..But they will eat other small fish..No matter how long they been eating pellets..

Though little ones can get damaged in a feeding frenzy, where the other tigers are 10 inch plus andrhe little ones are 2-3 inch. Or smaller.

As tigerfish said, they will not intentionally eat smaller tigers.

yeah..same happened to my tank....

i put my small NTT about 3".....along with IT 14" & 11"...they don't bother him at all.....
.....the only worrry is he don't get enough food......the other tankmate are 3 IT's 5", 1 NGT 6", 1 AT 6", 1 barramundi 7" and 1 Soro mahseer 7"...all in 1000 litre tank....
