60 gallon green terror tank mates

Hi I'm still stuck on what to put in my tank with a green terror. I was thinking severum but decided 14 inches I was to big. I want something that's colourful and interactive maybe something like a acara. Thanks for any reply

What you choose will be probably be temporary once the gt matures. I would get some dithers to add action in the tank . Good luck!

Once the Gt is an a adult it should be by itself a 60 gallon is really only adequate for a single adult male. Is yours a female?

i haven't got the gt because I'm having work done in the room it's in so haven't filled water up yet. It will probably take a weak but I plan to get a female

I had a 4.5" gt in a 75 that killed any other similarly sized cichlids I put in. I would suggest some tetras as dithers, but mixing medium sized cichlids in a tank that size is asking for trouble IME.

Ok could I mix the dithers like say 3 tiger barbs and 3 lemon Tetras

Tiger barbs should be in schools of 6
