Ok I've scrapped my idea of a big pool-to-pond-conversion due to a lack of time. My new project will be an ordinary 600 gallon glass tank which I'm going to purchase in a couple of months. The only Question left is ---> stocking!
The tank will be a one-fish-tank and at the moment I'm not sure of what will be in there. The decision will be made between:
- RTC (my favourite)
- TSN
- Jardini
- Silver Arowana
- Paroon or ID Shark (probably the last choice)

So which one shall I choose ? Do you have any additional stocking ideas ?
I'm interested in everything! :naughty:

Why just one? or do you mean one type?

If you are going to go with only one fish, then go with the RTC or the Arowana. Both readily take to being handfed and become personable with their owners. I would personally go with the RTC since they become very attached to their owners, especially when kept by themselves.

Well in Germany we use the metric system so I can only convert them :P (the 600 gallon are also a converted round number). The exact dimensions are:

300cm X 100cm X 80cm ----> 118,11' X 39,37' X 31,50'

2400 liters ----> 634,08 Gallon
