Is manmade live rock as good as natural. Is canister filter good enough for my setup(little confused because everbody here have a sump setup).
I know keeping clown fish are easier but what about anemones any special lighting and equipment requied?

Canisters can be bad over time, i would go with a sump.
Live rock is simply rock with living bacteria within it. Man made should be fine.

Anemones should have atleast T5 lighting(in your case about 4-5 bulbs.) and top notch water chemistry.

manmade is okay it help's relieve the impact on the wild most manmade is good as long as it was done right. If you can do a sump do the sump however canister's are okay but not the greatest. Anemones need upgraded light's well some depend's on species you get bulb anemone's are the best route to go. Protein skimmer is the only equipment I feel is required in any SW setup.

well the first thing to consider before buying or building your sump is room for it how much and what dimension's you need to cover. Second once you pick the size how will water flow to it from the display 1. you can drill the tank yourself. 2. It already has an overflow. 3. you can buy and overflow for the sump. next how will the water get back now you need to figure out the turnover of water you seek and the proper pump for it. after this is done what sump you going to do berlin style, wet/dry trickle filter, or Refigium?? Protein skimmer is it going to be in sump or hang on and what will you use in the sump for extra filtration. I would do at least a 30 gallon sump for a 60 gallon. also make sure when you do your plumbing you have ball valves, check valve in the return line and proper plumbing accessories.
