Are these alright demesions for a CK, a few Orino or Occelaris Pbass, TSN, and a Arowana? I found a petstore going out of business and might be able to score one of these for cheap. Its 60x48x18 which is ~240g, not tall but whatever, I would rather have 4 feet wide. Would a 50G for a sump be efficient aswell?

All those fish get in the 3-4 foot range.. Most people will say it will work, but I would disagree.. 4 feet by 12 feet would be my preference for an Arowana or TSN..

a 50g sump will be nice.. but when those fish get bigger you will be fighting their bio-load so expect to do alot of water changes.. a bigger sump would add more water volume and help a little..

12ft long is a little excessive LOL

For a fish that gets potentially 4 ft and constantly swims? It's like saying your going to keep your Great Dane in its kennel it's whole life. :(

yeah, well I see where your coming from. I think it would give the fish ability to swim any which way he wants being the width is 4feet...

If you can show me an silver that is 4foot, than by all means i'll delete this post. Most arowanas in home aquaria are lucky to even hit 2.5feet, mine of wich are at the 2 foot mark and growing strong. But I believe a 4ft wide tank would be more than enough for a silver.

Wana pm me the price of this tank, and could u pick 1 up for me as well :)?
