625 gallon stock tank ideas

Hi Everyone,

Picked up a 625 gallon stock tank. 8’ wide and 2’ tall Hard blue plastic. I’m going to do two 55 gallon drums for filtration but wanted to get advice on stocking.
I’m thinking Arowana and maybe some catfish or other personable monster fish.

what do you recommend that could live for life or 1-2 years till my monster tank is done?

wouldn’t that make it just a one fish tank? (Not familiar with puffers at all) Looking for 2-4 fish total. Maybe more depending on size etc

Not always, some tankmates can be had with that species of puffer: https://www.aquariumcoop.com/blogs/...ates I,roseline sharks, geophagus species etc.
Eartheaters and roseline sharks are some listed 'monster' fish that can go with the puffer.

But if the puffer and those aren't to your fancy, you could just go with what someone else suggests.
