I'll echo what others have said. If you're going to keep angels I would keep them in slightly larger groups to disperse the aggression. In my experience once a pair forms they are going to harass the others to no end while defending their spawn site. They won't outright kill each other but the stress will eventually do them in if it's not spread out.

I've read discus behave the same way.

Out of the options presented I would go with option 2 and add a few corycats for some bottom interest.

Keep in mind, with the Bolivian rams they will also harass each other. I currently have two females in a 75g, and one keeps the other one relegated to the far side of the tank most of the day.
