Looks like it'd be a pain in the ass getting to the interior to clean and repair it what with those small openings.
Probably, but if that were in my area, I would certainly give it a try.
Oh yeah,I would too.I'd get one of my nephews to get in there and scrub it out lol!..might even make those openings a bit bigger.
