6700k vs. Plant Grow Bulbs

What is the best bulb for a low light system. I have two 48" t5's on a 55gal and am planning to grow some java moss and marcilea. The 6700k's seem less expensive than the plant grow bulbs is this a "get what you pay for scenario"?

ide go with with 6700k..the java will grow in about anything,its very easy

whats the kelvin rating of those "plant grow" bulbs? but you dont really need a name brand with these bulbs as long as theyre in the right color range.

in my tank, im running all 10,000k. plants are doing great

6700k should be fine. though some people do like to mix the bulbs like one 6700k and one 10000k.
