6ft x 2ft x 2ft tank

hi

i am thinking of buying a 6ft x 2ft x 2 ft tank for my bedroom , how long would two motoro last in that tank untill i need a upgarde and does anyone know were to buy real hysrtix in the uk , thanks
 
About 2 to 3 years with good filters and lots of water changes . As for hystrix try tropical inports think he gets them in some times i may be wrong tho . Where u getting the motoros

i will get the motoros when i get my tank when my sister move out and my brother move in that bedroom and when i get the money probaly about 6 months, would i 30iches back would last longer.
 
Yep wider better motoro will grow very fast would still say same time . U reley need to be 4 foot wide to keep them for a long time . If u looking for motoros i have a breding pair
 
6'x30"x2' would be better... last you a little longer... several years still
 
and you would be better off buying a ray or 2 off of carolines....CB rays are much better....

that i was thinking , but i can only build a pond in the shed so i can't see them.i will do that if i have not move house or i will breed them i sell the parents and keep the pups then i have another 3 years then i can do it again. of cousre i will need to buy another ray.
 
just buy the 180 and and get a single pup from carolines... after a few years u can build a pond or buy a larger tank....
