Ok, well I measure that new Male GT I got and he is Exactly 6inches....He is two years old and is only 6inches...Stunted right? I know...DAMMIT! well he is not the one I am Gonna breed with my Female GT in my 80g...So I am gonna have to Look for a new Male....But with this 6inch Male I still wanna keep....I am wondering can i put him in a 30g Tank that is about 30inches long and 12 inches wide????

the guy who sold him to me said he was two years old..and think by now a 2 year old Green Terror would atleast be a 8-10 incher...dont you think?
I've always heard they grow slow. I had one that grew from 2" to 6" in 8 months...could be a runt.
I would think so... Maybe he had really sh*tty water quality, try and grow him, he might only need some good ol tlc haha

I have never had a Saum grow fast yet. My last guy took 3.5yrs to hit 10.5" and he was one of the better saums you will see. I find they only grow with reasonable speed until 6-8" and then thier growth slows right down. They do keep growing however.
IMO. Before you pass judgement on your fish, you should see how he goes for the next couple of months with big water changes and a good diet. He may just need a better enviroment and better care.
