7 Juv. Ornatum growouts

These are about 2-2.5" in a 55. I need to get some dithers becasue they are nippy little suckers. I was thinking a pack of tiger barbs and some zebra danios maybe.

They look great. I'm not too sure how well the dithers would work in the 55 with those guys. They'll more than likely pick them off soon. I have found that my synspillum trio which are larger than ornatums, in my 125 work great as mediators. I'm afraid if I pull the syns itll throw off the balance and my ornatums will start putting it down on each other and the festae. But at least theyre still small and easier to work with

I was going to try the small kinda fast fish first and see before I get more cichlids. I dont care if they get offed...just as long as the ornatums are happy lol.

I hope I can get at least one pair...either from the adults I have or when these grow up.
