This is my mono sabae. i've had him for over a year and a half. He is out of place though in a "freshwater" community tank. I want him to live a long healthy life, so I will not be able to keep him.
His current living arrangements are in a 55 gallon community tank. The water is slightly brackish (SG1.006) to accommodate the freshwater fish. Ultimately though, I know it is bad for both him and the others to be at this salinity.
This fish is very active and friendly. Very hard to get a picture of him. He has a few scars on his head from 'hole in head'. About a year ago, he got really sick and almost died. He is right around 7" from top to bottom.
I will not ship this fish; it has to be a local pickup. I can drive some to make this happen. I live about 90 miles northwest of wichita, ks.
