I recently took in a pleco that was in a 29 gallon with an overly mean red zebra cichlid. I know it's about 4 years old cause i gave it to the person.. The tank was cleaned and cared for, but chemicals were never added to the water changes, and the cichlid was mean as hell, killed everything added to the tank but this thing fought back.. My question is, will it start putting on some size now that i dropped it in a 135 with nothing to pick on it, after so long? It's shredded fins have already went back to normal after a couple weeks.
