i think theres a nutrition sticky somewhere in the piranha section. but. freeze dried blood worms, krill, and brine shrimp. I wouldnt waste time getting them on shrimp prawns and some type of white fish, catfish, cod etc...

i forgot. do your self a favor and go with omega one fish food for the blood worms krill and brine shrimp. when they make their food they take the time to take the nasty **** out that the fish dont need. AND the uneaten food will have less of an effect on your tank.

what should I feed them and how often???????????/

you can shave shrimp into small thin slice with a sharp knife (be careful while doing it) when the shrimp is frozen solid. even my baby serras are eating it like there's no tomorrow. as they grown you can start feeding bigger pieces. vacuum out the uneaten food once they are done eating to keep water parameters in check.
at the such small size, feed at least 2-3 times daily.
