I'm guessing the title of 700 gallons refers to total system? As the tank itself, 10' x 30" x 30", only works out to 468.75 gallons. Beautiful tank regardless!

No need to guess, just read the thread. OP stated “500 gallon plexi... sump is 230 gallons...”

Umm thanks, that was helpful?... Actually, I did miss the 500g part somehow though. The 230 sump plus the 470ish tank worked out with my math. I see tanks way overstated(and sometimes understated) in size ALL the time - drives me crazy, which is why I always ask for measurements so I can check for myself. Regardless, this time it was my oversight, so my apologies to the OP.
