Hey guys I am thinking of picking up a 70g, its kinda a strange dimension, its a display aquarium that is about 28" tall, 4 feet long and 16" wide. its actually a very nice custom built, with a computer display that shows temperature and operates the lights and other things, I have never bought a brand new aquarium, so I figured I should get something genuinly nice.
I was thinking about putting some angels in there, I feel like the height of the tank would really show them off. The tank would be running a sump and be planted.
as for tankmates, I was thinking possibly a species of rainbowfish, Normans lampeye killies (if they wouldn't get eaten) and possibly a shy open water species like a mormyrid or centipede knife fish (the social ones) I feel like they would contrast nicely with a few angels.
any suggestions or feedback?
