70gal stocking

How many angels can I put in. It's a 70 tall, I don't know the dimensions.

I would go with half a dozen. Make sure they are all near the same size and put a lot of real or fake plants in the tank for cover. Expect fights to break out till a pecking order is established. Just watch for any fish that is overly picked on as it will succomb and could end up with ich from the abuse. I have a very large angel in my 50 that will not tolerate any other angelfish in the tank but leaves the roseline sharks and tetra in there alone.
