Does'nt water changes fall expensive ???

Appreciated Weylin........

It get very exspensive.......More so cause of my area....

(just to give you an idea Sir......I have spent well over the $6,000 mark to get my tank to this point)....

Saltwater sucks and is very exspensive in myarea...It's one thing we lack greatly up here......Stock is very limited and priced is jacked up through the roof-

I started a small SW tank..to keep the costs low.. And it looks like crap now.. Even after doing a lot of waterchanges.. Major Algae prob and lack of quality stuff here in India..

You have put a lot of effort into that tank..

Any anemone's in the tank... And whats ur lighting..MH ?

Thanks-
Saltwater will go through various stages of algea growth-And there isn't much to be done about it except for your maitence......Once it gets established more-It should start to go away on it's own if tank is right....

Ro water will help with algea and nutrients-Same with distilled water----Or just biol your own water to keep cost down a bit....

I put alot of effort into this tank-
I clean it upward of three to four times daily-----I can't stand for a dirty tank---It's just laziness IMO......

I got four anemone's(sp)-Although I couldn't tell you the name of them---2 would be the bigger red things toward the certer of my tank----And one is kinda pictured to the right-It's stuck on the bottom in the sand-It has long fins with a bright green center---I have one about 10 inches awy from this one that is exactly the same-It's just avery dark purple color is all..

I use a coralife that has 2x 96 watt Pc's and 2x 150 wat Halides...Just under 500 watts of light above this tank...And I have more to add if I choose....
