I HAVE A 72 GAL BOWFRONT AND I LIVE IN PR BUT I WANT A FAHAKA PUFFER OR MBU PUFFER BUT IN PR THEY DONT EXIST. WHERE I GET ONE?

You would be better off with a smaller species of Puffer; both the Fahaka and the MBU get to large for your tank. If there is a fish not availible in your area, there could be a restriction on that fish. Also, you could look for an online vendor to see if they ship to PR.
I agree that sadly a 72G isn't big enough for an adult Fahaka, which does grow quickly... i would suggest if you want a Fahaka, you consider getting nothing less than a 180G+ for it, otherwise, might be a good idea looking into the smaller species which can live out its life in a 72G
