72 gal stocking

I'm in the process of setting up a 72 gallon bowfront with a 20g sump.

I'm transfering to it a Jack Dempsey and a Raphael cat from a 29 gallon.

I would like to add something else, but I'm not sure what to get. I have thought about convicts, firemouths, or severums, but I'm not sure what would go well with my JD.

If this was your tank, what would you add?

you could prolly get away with two maybe more depends on filtration
