720 gallon with sump question

So with my new tank here I was thinking of adding 8 liters of Seachem matrix (in filter bags) to the bottom of the sump that would be under water. Then add bio balls on top of it. I am only gonna add filter pads in the tower with no media in there. I will have 2 little giants pumping water to the returns in the tower and a pond pump with sponge in the bottom corner of the tank for circulation.

Am I missing anything. I welcome all suggestions from the experts and want to learn more about this!

Sounds good to me. I run one overflow over bio balls and drip tray. The other overflow I run thru filter socks and a ton of submerged media.
