75 g planted tank - rescape

Underneath what? The filtration is (was) 2 fluval 404s, one died but it seems to be working fine without it. Also I'm using an inline PVC diffuser for the CO2.

The fish consist of:
7? yo yo loaches
5 botia kubotai
5 colombian tetras
6 serpae tetras
one angelfish
1 male ABN
whiptail catfish
