75 gal aggressive tank

i just got a 75 gallon tank and i'm having trouble deciding what to put in it

i have 2 male convicts that will go in, and i would like an EBLD

i'm also thinking about a salvini

any thoughts?
 
Agreed. My 2 EBJD's were gentle enough to be put with Discus. (Although I put Pearl Gouramis & a Severum with them instead). A couple same sex Jewels or Firemouths would be fast enough to mix in.
 
would a green terror get too big for a 75?
 
No, that would be a good sized tank for a GT. The problem would be the aggressiveness between the GT & the Salvini as I don't think a 4' tank would be long enough for the 2 of them. I've not ever owned a Salvini though so I'm not sure of their level of aggressiveness. (My GT got more aggressive the bigger he got though).
 
i remember a while ago someone had a 75g with a GT, salvini, and a firemouth or two. so i think the combo could work.
 
cool, i might try a GT and a salvini with the cons...
 
it wil work if they are juvis but i think that after the 6" mark youll see some problems. my 4.5" GT killed my chuco in a 125g so it really depends on the fish itself.
 
Just go with a Male Green Terror and three Male Convicts....
