I REALLY like the way that looks. Is that rockwork an artificial thing bought like that, or a stack of little flat rocks? If it is a bunch of little flat rocks, what kind are they?

They are stacked slate tile from homedepot, thats about 30 bucks worth, with some drift wood I found on Rainbow river. The biggest problem I have with it is its not sealed together and that allows for alot of stuff to accumulate in between so cleaning can be time consuming. I don't have to take it apart but I do have to blow out the stacks to clear them every now and then.
