75 gallon filtration

Which filter do you think will be best for a 75 gallon:

Marineland 400 power filter

or

Aqua Clear 110 power filter

Aqua Clear 110 for sure! I got that running on my 75gal and it's awesome, that and a uv sterilizer and you are good to go!

Thanks,...I was thinking of a UGF along with one of those power filters or if not needed I won't use it and I've never used a UV sterilizer...but is that needed?

What kind of fish and what stocking level do you want to put in your 75? This will dictate the filtration.

The 75 gal has 4 small haitians and normal 30% weekly water changes. Eh' is Marineland and Emperor 400 the same filter...I'm thinking that it is...?

AC110. Ditch the carbon and add more Bio Media.

i guess ac110 but i would go with a canister filter, I have a fluval 405 on my 75g and couldnt be happier.

I got an AC110 recently, and it seems like a very good filter, but it is too noisy. I'd rather have a good canister. Fluval 404s are super cheap on ebay, brand new. I've got 2 on my 75
