75 Gallon goldfish tank

Yo all MFKers

I'm probably going to get a 75 gallon goldfish tank. I'm going to keep exotic goldfish like ranchus, pom poms, etc.

How many fish can I keep in the tank?

Also, I know goldfish are messy fish (i've kept them before) but what filtration should I get? Should I get a canister AND a UG?

ditch the UG and just get 2 canisters.
