I have a 75 gallon tank with 3 Electric Blue Haps, and I have an Aqueon Pro heater, and I was trying to adjust the temperature, and I noticed the knob was loose, and I could almost lift it up. I tested it by turning it all the way up for a few seconds, and it started steaming, and then I turned it back down. I just don't want water getting inside the heater and killing my fish. I moved the heater up, so the top is out of the water. Do you think it's still safe to use, or should I get a new heater, and if I need a new heater, what's the best wattage?
