75 gallon Sea Clear system 2 aquarium advice

Hope everyone is doing well.
I just got a 75 seaclear
Acrylic with a top fin 75 walnut stand.

The seaclear back filter can I just fill the tank up until it's to the top in the back filter or does the level need to be very low for the bioballs?

I plan on using marine pure blocks and green Mata
Just wondering about the pressures of filling it to the top and if that was cool.

If you need more oxygenation, run it low. If you need it to look good for photos, fill it up.
It's about your needs.
Bio balls just need to stay wet.
