ok, my 75 gallon has been a goldfish tank for over 7 years now. But as my older goldfish are starting to not look as healthy and not eating im thinking of getting new fish for it and starting from scratch. Does anyone have any suggestions? My dad just brought back a baby RTC thats not even a half inch that he won in florida and i currently have him in a 10 gallon tank since if i put him in the 125 bruiser or stripes (RTC and TSN) would easily eat him not to mention the oscars would be able to... This tank is out in the living room and my parents like it to be showy and pretty. i was thinking maybe some chiclids but does anyone else have any suggestions??? thanks

Heavily plant and go with angels or discus.

If I had a 75, I would put a Red Devil in it. RTC will outgrow the 125. TSN will also outgrow the 125.

yeah i know, i have some time tho. the RTC is 7 inches and TSN is 5. the oscars are up to 12, sunfish are 7 and 4

I would do something colorful like Salvinis in a 75g, maybe some compatible tank mates too.

You're going to have your hands full with all those large cats. DIY indoor pond?

it will have to be of decent size or quick growth rate so that eventually it does not get eaten by your growing rtc

Why would someone give out a RTC as a prize? Thats worse then the goldfish/betta/hermit crab/anole craze...
