Don't have an answer for your question, but the aquascaping looks really good.
 
There isn't a need for co2 injection considering the plants currently in the tank. For ferts, that will depend on the amount of nutrients in the water, and the rate that they are taken up.
 
There are two seperate driftwood decors mounted on slate. Each piece of slate has about 3 pieces of driftwood. I understand co2 is not needed. Co2 is not needed for a lot of plants, but it sure makes them grow faster and healthier if nutrients are available with the correct lighting!
 
That is true, but you have some plants that accept medium to high lighting for fast growth, and some that accept low to medium.
