Hey guys!

Me and my girlfriend have just got a 75 gallon.
Has an Eheim Proffesional II filter.

It's an expansion to our 40 gallon, which has a Leporinus Fasciatus, an Albino Rainbow Shark, and a common pleco.

I really wanted to get 1 or two oscars, but I'm sure I'd have to expand the tank for that.

Any ideas for stocking?

Thanks!

You could do one full-grown oscar comfortably in that sized tank but you couldn't add much else.

Do you and her like more aggressive fish? Colorful? Peaceful? What do you two like most when you go look at fish and then you can narrow it down to something you will really enjoy :headbang2

We haven't really decided what KIND of fish.
We're just trying to see what people recommend in general and narrow it down from that.

We were looking at green severums, firemouths, bala sharks, knife fish, some cichlids, etc..

I'd go with adding a single severum, and add 7 silver dollars - if your keeping your previous stock in the 75 as well.

Otherwise, i'd get a single Flowerhorn and nothing else. :)

Or you could do african cichlids - overstock to reduce aggression and overfilter.
