This is my second thread here and I want some people more advanced in the hobby to tell me about my stocking and if its wrong how I can better it. I have 75 gallon tank with a oscar a jd a Texas and a African clown knife. My filters are some cheap thing that came with the tank when I got it I think it's from Walmart I also have ac 50 and a biowheel 150 on it

Those fish grow to a pretty good size. Oscars are messy, super messy. I don't have a lot of experience with jack dempseys, but I know the Texas and Oscar both grow to at least a foot. As far as compatibility I can't tell you much, but as far as bioload, it's a lot. And not much space for full grown adults. I wouldn't put more than just an Oscar in a 75 by himself honestly.

if you dont add anything you might be ok with that stock......aggression issues more than size...sounds like you have enough filtration ....just watch for exessive aggression you might have to remove a fish

i think just 1 large growing fish will end up owning the tank.texas can get mean, each fish can have varied aggression.when those fish get to 5 or more inches they can change/get worse.i would upgrade the filtration to about 750 gallons per hour.example: if you get an AC 70 that is rated for 300 gph.then add another filter with a gph of 300 or more.i have 2 ac70 on a 75 with 1 10 inch fish
