Do you think I can get a lionfish, Papuan Toby puffer and some type of tang in a 75? or should I not have a tang with lionfish and puffer? Also maybe some type of eel?

IDK yet all I know for sure is I want the toby-- I really do want a lionfish but I guess not if it will nip his fins. - I really want to get a powder blue tang but I've heard that I need a 100 gallon tank at least for it. Would a powder brown tang be any different?
powder brown's are more docile then blue tang's lionfish with toby is 50/50 I housed them before with no issue's in a tank.
