IMG_1297.JPG IMG_1291.JPG IMG_1292.JPG Here's a FTS of my 75 gallon, was looking for thoughts on adding a catfish or another single tang species, if so any recommendations? The current stock is:
1 neo cylindricus, 2 black calvus, 7 cyprichromis and a goby cichlid(not sure species) all fish are still small besides the goby who isn't about fully grown (excuse the crappy photo)

Thank you

Anything that is not to tough. You probably could even put shellies in without an issue, but brichardi or trets would not be a good idea. (never had a tang tank, doing research for one, this is how I understand it.)

I had Shellie's but the gobie was harassing them, so I moved them, and yeah lol the cylindricus can be fiesty, may do a small group of synos or a tanganyikan eel, see what everyone else thinks though

I would increase the existing species, but not add a new species.

I wouldn't mind adding a few more calvus, I just don't wanna overcrowd the rocks, but I plan on keeping the cylindricus by him/herself. May just end up adding few catfish and calling it good

I would never do less than 12 cyps.

The Synodontis will disturb the rock dwellers. If you are definitely adding them and keeping the cylindricus as a single...I would not add calvus either.

Got the cyps from a local guy, unfortunately all he had was the 7, I can order some more if need be, so would you just leave the stocking as is?

No I would want 12 cyps and a pair of calvus and cylindricus. Maybe lose the gobie. Or a pair of gobies, lose the cylindricus. But you want something different, and that's OK.
