I love how it seems so natural and closed in with the plants but spaced out at the same time, like a lot of swimming room. I would love that if I was a fish!

They're spaced really nicely. I'm trying to figure out how to do that still. My tank alternates between some danse llants and no plants at all.

Some of the actual plant substrate will have added minerals and iron.
It makes things a lot easier but they can be expensive.

I use pool filter sand for substrate and make my own diy root tabs with Osmocote plus.

I buy powdered iron and potassium supplements made for agriculture and mix them myself.
For magnesium I use Epsom salts.
It’s a lot cheaper then buying the supplements marketed to aquarium keepers.

Other then that all you need is good lighting and if you want to really boost everything Co2.

Thanks so much for all the compliments! I added a small 4/5 inch albino Senegal to the tank also!

Grear start. Good luck. Looking foward to seeing it when the plants fill out more later in few weeks and which plants are still there vs other plants.
