75g Female Tex And?

Hey all i found a AWESOME female texas at a local place, i have to get it. The only place i could put it is in a 75g. Ideally id like to keep her with somthing else since shes only 6 or 7". I have a few ideas but id like to hear some ideas from other people since maybe some ones had luck with a fish ive never thought of. So any suggestions are welcome. Also please no demps, i really really dont like demps.

i had no probs with my tex (F) and jag (M) in a 66g, prob came when i put a male tex in, NOT what i exp to happen the male tex killed the female and was fine with the jag

i know that feeling, ive had some mixes work out that never really should have, then some that didnt work that should have, cichlids can be a PITA somtimes
