I'm rescaping my 75. Here are some pics of my tank now and the wood I am thinking of using with some sketches of placement ideas. Please let me know what you think.

Where did you get that wood from... And it looks good now... Is that real wood in there already... If i were gonna Goghange it i would go with the one with the more grassy lookin stuff in the sketch... But thats jus me... Either way thi for reall... Where did you get your wood at.

Of the layouts that you have posted, I am a fan of the top (below original pic) that has the stump with the multi-root looking limbs on the right.

I would however suggest offsetting both of the pieces of wood to one side or another (just my preference).

Great link when it comes to aquascaping: http://www.aquascapist.com/aquascaping/using-the-golden-ratio-in-aquascaping/

In the end it is of course purely up to what you think will work/look best.

Great looking driftwood by the way, I'm a huge fan of that multi-root piece

I got the wood from a landscape supply shop... The current tank has faux wood.. plastic resin or something like that.. and yes, I get told that my wood is awesome all the time... Lol...

I personally like to i guess streatcj my focal point all the way acrosse the tank with the sides being higher then the middle. Here is my 55 south east aisian planted... I have 3 pieces of wood the bigger ones on the side but they are all basically touching. My 220 is like that too uploadfromtaptalk1360343435029.jpg
