Was recently offered 8 8 inch Red Bellys to put in my pond. Of course my pond is now stocked with fish an turtles so im assuming thats a no no now. I have a couple tanks still though and was wondering whats the min tank requirements for one of these bad asses? Or should I keep a group together? Never owned so no clue. Thanks!

One thing. You Can't have Piranha in FL.

It's not a Piranha friendly state due to the fact that they can survive the whole year in the wild.

That being said. If you go by the 20gal of water per Piranha rule It would be 160gal (or 180 since a 150 itsn't much different then a 125)

But still I wold not suggest you get these fish due to te fact that you are NOT in a state that allows such fish to be kept in the home aquarium.

No sence in getting yourself in trouble
