Just got 8 well now 7 4 inch Jardinis in a 150 gallon tank.(I know bigger is better, Just saving up for a 300 gallon or bigger):nilly: One died because when I got him he had a bulging eye. When I came home he only had one eye. I guess one of the others had taken it out. Now they are swimming around the tank in one big pack. Can I get any good advice on how to make sure they all survive(I know I need a bigger tank) :nilly: So any tips on keeping them from fighting?(I know I need a bigger tank):nilly:

A lot of good luck. You will probably have some success keeping them together at such a small size. The real test will come when all seven of them are 10" +. You might want to put decor in the tank to break the line of sight between the aros. I would probably keep a constant supply of some other fish in the tank for them to eat or take their agression out on. Rosey Reds or Zebra danios. A lot of people seem to whole heartedly believe that live food makes their fish more agressive. I have never noticed this in my own experience. You already know about the bigger tank but I can definately see seven jardinis not getting along even in a 1k + tank. Good luck keep us updated.

Thanks great advice
