8 monos or 4 orinos and 4 monos?

So do you guys think it would be better for me to raise 8 monos or 4 orinos and 4 monos? I guess i would get more likely breeding with 8 of the same kind huh? how will they behave socialy?

yea^^ go with the mix...either way you have a chance in breeding them plus orinos are more rarer than monos and if you get them breeding boy your gunna have a whole supply for others who are in a search for the more rarer orinos...they come and go unlike the most common monos =] but go with a mix...this way you may get a pair from both of the groups

Mix definately, orinos are a nice fish IMO!

orinos won't grow as fast as the monos.. the mix might be fine for awhile if they are all the same size when you buy them.. but at some point the mono's will be big enough to feel the need to take a bite out of your orinos..

i personally would get all orinos.. they are sparkly and much prettier than monos..

Go with the mix, or go all Orino's. And Morledzep is rite. The Orinos grow alot slower than monos. I have 3 monos and 2 orino on my 240. It's a nice mix.

40gal for the babies, 125gal grow out, 240gal for selected pair(s)

got my eye on a 300gal but thats a little down the road for me
