I think the thinbars are number two behind the widebars in rank of beauty but they seem to be very prone to disease and health issues.There are quite a few threads discussing their ailments for you to research.I hope you can save it.
 
I keep all my dats over 7 year now here this how I set up my dats tank temp 82 , some drift wood ,ph 7.2 , add salt one a month , add some live rock or dead coral in my sump this help all my dats heathy hope this help
