You could always create an in ground cooling system.
Have someone drill a hole in the ground. Run coil tubing through the ground. Just run the water straight out of the tank into the in ground coil of tubing and then back to the tank. That should cool the water quite a bit depending on depth of the hole, flow rate, and diameter of the tubing.

i am planning to do fan cooling system on the sump.if its not work gonna do chiller with 2.hand aircon comprasser.but saving electrik is important, dont wanna have any problem with wife about ac bill.

That's why I said to use an in ground system. They only cost is running the pump. Being underground it cools the water as it flows through. It's the same concept as a geothermal home heating and cooling system. I really think this would be your most efficient way of cooling the tank. Less equipment, less electricity means cheaper cost and happier wife. You really should Google geothermal cooling so you can see exactly how it works.

wow awesome...............

Already 4 days past with sump and concrete work.BUt seens like 10 or more days for complete all.And not sure about fish species but may be south american tank like discus ,neon tetras, corydoras and angels.

Temerature is going to be a problem how cool does it get at night?
Clown loachs can tolerate high heat but you need keep you o2 levels up with lots of surface turnover;the hotter water the more o2 drops .

Thanks for fish idea. For O2 using 20000 l/hr pump in sump.i am sure it will be nice surface turnover. At night time temp. drops to 25 c.degrees. its not getting 32 degrees everyday but i have to be ready for surprises.
