84 gal stocking ideas

Hey everyone
I have a 5 feet tank (60'' x 18'' x 18'' )...any suggestions what could i stock it with ? later i will be upgrading to a larger tank 8' x 2.5' but i am not sure how much time will that take.. i am interested in larger fish species..single or a pair of pet fish..Thanks in advance

What are you looking for? It sounds like you are looking for 1 giant fish, or a mated pair of larger fish...do you want cichlids? Oddballs? Rays? Gars? Man there is just a lot of options...it's a completely blank canvas.

yes i am looking for a single giant fish or a pair...but i want to start from juveniles...id personally like to own a monster catfish but i dont think so id be able to provide him an adequate sized home...generally i am open to all freshwater species..

Seven discus and 10 clown loaches... They grow slow and they pretty!!!

Can do one or a pair of most of the bigger ca/sa cichlids with the exception of Dovii and Umbee. A pair of Trimacs, Midas, or Hait's would be super awesome.
