AND Dose Aneyone Have A Sugestion How To Ceap Water Temp Down.

I have had my tanks as high as 93, you just need to make sure you have plenty or airation cause at high temps there is less oxygen in the water.

I only know a temperary way of lowering the temp and that is by freezing pop bottles in the freezer and letting them float in the tank. Long term I can only think of a chiller, but 85 should be a fine temp, that is what I keep my ray tank at.

i agree with Honda =0)

you can make a chiller out of a mini fridge, a coil of tubing, and a small pump:)

search for DIY chiller.
I have had temps higher than that without problems, but I dont keep Ps

Thanks for all reply:woot:

KNOW IT IS TIME TO PITCH THE FEEDERS:grinyes: :grinyes:

My air conditioning went out, all but some natives made it OK. It was a beautiful 69 deg F last night. Now the air is crapped out again. I was given a temporary fix. Fill bottles 3/4 full with water and freeze them, then put in tank.
