I would run 2-3 55g barrels piped together and filled with k1 and jap Mats,I’ve seen this done in stingray breeding operation and the water is pristine.
 
It would be right next to the pond. I’ve seen people put them on cinder block. They get 2 55g barrel, drill 2 2” bulkhead and connect them with pvc. Load them up with k1 and have the pump in the pond pumping the water into the barrels
 
No, I mean the box thing in the picture. It has pond armor on part of it like its done, but its missing a wall. It's also way too thin to be above ground, that thing would explode if you put water in it (no structural supports at all, just two sheets of plywood for 4 feet deep....) - yet there is a hole for a window.
