I just found out I am going to be moving out of state in a few months and I do not want to waste any time finding a new home for my fish. For sale is one 9-10'' male Chocolate cichlid. I bought this guy on August 10, 2010 at 3'' for $50 at Absolutely Fish in Clifton. He came from a local breeder not a wholesaler, and his quality is evident in his colors, personality and display/finnage. Pellet trained, he eats Hikari Gold and Bio-Gold, frozen bloodworms, skinned peas, algae wafers and or shrimp pellets. He also enjoys the occasional cricket or worm when nature provides.
I would like to get at minimum what I paid for him, $50 cash, and piece of mind that he is going to a super home. Pickup is in Midland Park, NJ 07432. Included will be 2 bags of his Hikari pellets.
He is currently in a 90 gallon tank alone, but he was raised with a Botia Striata loach and pleco until he was 7'' and showed little aggression.
